The lab evidence behind the CE mark. All seven series are tested for emissions and immunity — the wall must not interfere with other equipment, and must keep running in a room full of radios, dimmers and switchers. In-Process Quality Control. Every 2 hours during production, the QC engineer pulls samples. LED alignment under microscope. Solder joint verification. Colour consistency measured with a spectrometer. A sample failure pauses the line until the root cause is identified.

Outgoing Quality Control. Per-panel pixel test on every unit — not batch sampling. Calibrated camera array detects dead pixels, flicker and colour shift. Brightness uniformity mapped across the full surface. A single dead pixel in the central zone triggers rework.
